The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies into the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering solutions such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it is alarmed regarding the large quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the substantial quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is sassa no entirely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The company level made for intervention experiences a sassa substantial inflow of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for that office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional means to allow the servicing of all buyers and maximize access to Social Assistance companies,” read more the agency said.
